If a user closes the application via the Windows Task Manager or the application has been left open during a database shutdown, the chart may remain locked for the user and no-one can then gain access. At log in you will see this error: Another user currently has an exclusive lock to this program so it will be opened in read-only mode. To get edit access please wait until this user logs out of the program and log in again. To unlock a company chart, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' System Administration ' then ' Utilities ' then ' Run a Program '. 2. Type ' xapglrunlock.p ' into the 'Which Program?' field.
