The  minimum, maximum and recommended retention days for  General Ledger Purges are: To purge General Ledger records, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'File Purges'  then  'More File Purges'. Refer to the table below for an explanation of the General Ledger Purge options and a link to the processes.
