Note : The information within this section will be hidden before the FAQ is published.   ERROR MESSAGE:   Product Must be Timber   CAUSE:   When I am processing a Timber Material Conversion in ProStix I am receiving the error message  Product Must be Timber. What is causing this error and how do I fix it?   SOLUTION:   ProStix uses a flag setting in Product Maintenance to determine if a product is a "Timber" product or not. The flag is called "Length Tally". It must be set to yes for ProStix to consider/allow the product to be used in a timber material conversion. To change a product's Length Tally flag to yes perform the following: 1. From the ProStix main menu select "Inventory Management" - "Product Maintenance" and select the Product 2. From the Options menu on the right select 'More Data' 3.  Select  ' Timber / Sheet Info.' to display the Timber & Sheet Products screen.  4.  Change the to Length Tally flag to yes, then save and exit.   IF THIS FAQ DOESN’T RESOLVE YOUR  ISSUE: Contact  Sterland Support .
