> ℹ️ **Q. How will we manage getting so many card holders signed up to Mighty Rewards?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. Signing up new customers will indeed be a busy period, particularly Saturday mornings or during other busy retail periods. At POS, the customer will need to provide their name and postcode. Consider having a separate table near the counter where customers can complete their form before handing it in. It might also be wise to have a staff member at the table to assist and take the forms during the first few busy days.

> ℹ️ **Q. If a customer returns goods paid for with points, can they use those points again immediately in the store?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. No. By returning goods paid for with points, the customer does get their points reinstated, however these are transferred to the Mighty Rewards server through the normal transaction upload, which means that the points might take as long as 30 minutes to become available.

> ℹ️ **Q. How do we deactivate a card holder?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. This is rarely necessary. To do so, call the mitre 10 HUB or email [mightyrewards@mitre10.com.au](mailto:mightyrewards@mitre10.com.au) and request for the account balance to be zero and the card to be made inactive.

> ℹ️ **Q. Can a cardholder get points on a cash delivery or COD?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. Yes they can, however if the order is released from Sales Order Processing, the points balance will not be shown on the invoice. Just like any POS sale, soon after the order is released, the points will appear on the Mighty Rewards website.

> ℹ️
> ℹ️ **Q. Why do I get the error "Invalid customer for outlet id" when trying to update a card via Registration Maintenance?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. Cards are tied to the store where they were first registered. If you go to 'Point of Sale' then 'Mighty rewards' then 'Registration Maintenance' and change the branch number of that store at the first prompt in the registration screen, you will be able to update the card holder's details.

> ℹ️ **Q. Can the customer use their card straight away?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. Yes they can. The POS operator will see a message indicating that the card isn't registered. Customers will still be able to accumulate points from that sale but until registered, won't be able to redeem points.

> ℹ️
> ℹ️ **Q. What if I want to do some testing of Mighty Rewards?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. You can take a card and mark it "test" with a permanent marker. When testing, process credits against the sale you complete and this will bring the points back to nil. If you process a redemption, also process a return. This will ensure that ProStix and Mighty Rewards see a net change of zero. When you're finished with the test card, email Mitre 10 the card number at [mightyrewards@mitre10.com.au](mailto:mightyrewards@mitre10.com.au), asking them to deactivate the card.

> ℹ️
> ℹ️ **Q. Can the points enquiry option be added to the ProStix Express Menu?**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. Yes it can. If you're not familiar with menu maintenance in ProStix then ask Sterland to do this for you during implementation. If you are familiar with menu maintenance, enable the program '**posvmghtybal.p'** for the Express Menu, then add the same program name ('**posvmghtybal.p'**) to the express menu via ' System Administration' then ' Configuration' then 'Menu Maintenance'.

> ℹ️ **Q. Mighty Rewards - New Cash Sale customer search**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ Where the customer doesnt have their card, we use the F3 Lookup option when presented with the Rewards Customer prompt. No matter what we search on, no results are returned.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ A. This only works for a fully registered card holder. If they haven't gone to "Register New Card Holder" as per 4.0 Registering a new card holder, and completed the registration process, then the search won't work.
