> ℹ️ ## <span style="color: #003366">Mighty Rewards Notifications</span>
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ The following describes the notifications that an operator might receive, alerting them to an exceptional event within Mighty Rewards.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ Mighty Rewards sales transactions are sent to the Mighty Rewards server every few minutes via a background task. Should the connection fail for some reason, users would not be aware. For this reason, there is a notification system in place that monitors sales transactions and alerts a user if the transactions are not being sent to the Mighty Rewards server.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ From time to time you may receive an email notification.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ If there is no known reason for this, such as the link to Mighty rewards being down, notify Sterland Support.
