> ℹ️ <span style="color: #333333">The following describes how a cardholder can use their accrued points to pay for a purchase. </span>

> ℹ️ <span style="color: #333333">To redeem points at Point Of Sale, perform the following:</span>
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** go to '**Point of Sale**' then '**Till Operations**' then '**Cash Sale**'.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 2. Before entering the line entry screen, the system prompts for a Mighty Rewards card number.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 3. Scan the customers Mighty Rewards card.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 4. The card holder's points balance and value of points is displayed.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 5. Proceed to the detail line entry, then exit to the tender screen.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 6. The points are again displayed.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 7. In the Tender screen press <F8> to pay for the goods with reward points.

> ℹ️ :info: *Note:* Tenders can also be mixed. The operator could have keyed $1.00 in cash and $1.20 in "Other". After selecting enter, the system would prompt the operator to select the tender type which would be 'Mighty Rewards'.

> ℹ️ 8. The printed docket also shows the points balance and value of points as shown in the following sample, at the end of the regular docket totals. In this case, the docket shows the reduction in points and value due to the points redemption.

> ℹ️ :info: The system won't allow the operator to use a value of rewards which exceeds the cardholders available rewards.

> ℹ️ ## <span style="color: #003366">Return goods that were paid for using points</span>
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ The following describes the process for returning goods that were purchased using points. Just as a customer will expect to be given a refund of cash when returning goods, they will also expect a return of points if that was what they used as payment on the original sale. 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ To return goods purchased using points, perform the following:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** go to '**Point of Sale**' then '**Till Operations**', then '**Cash Sale Refund**'.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 2. Select the original invoice as supplied by the customer's receipt from the original sale, then determine which products are being returned.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ :info:* Note*: The cardholder won't need to scan their card because ProStix already knows that the card was used on the original invoice.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 3. Press <F1> to exit to the tender screen.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 4. If points were used for the original sale, then that amount of points value will already be populated in the tender screen. The system won't allow additional points value to be returned.

> ℹ️ 5. If you perform an invoice enquiry on this return, you will find one or more lines showing bonus points products. These have no cost or sell and are used to reissue the points to the card holder.
