> ℹ️ Variation reports should now be run to compare the frozen quantity to the newly counted quantity. Where variations are found, these should be investigated and a recount carried out as required, prior to making any necessary changes to the counted quantities on the stock take.

> ℹ️ 1. From the **Batch Stock Take Options** menu, select **Stock Variation Report**

> ℹ️ 2. Enter the *stocktake name* in the **Stock Take From** and **Stock Take To** fields to run the variance report for the entire stocktake.

> ℹ️ 3. Review the **frozen QTY/Value** versus the **counted QTY/Value** in the discrepancy report produced.

> ℹ️ 4. If a product or QTY has been missed or incorrectly entered, update the stock card via option **Stock Card Entry** then **Select Stocktake**.

> ℹ️ 5. Press **F8** to review, select the product in question, then press **F7 Change** and modify the quantity and value as needed.
