> ℹ️ Continuing on from the [Physical Count](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PROSTIXV48DOC/pages/31097406) process: 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. If the user has manually written the counted quantity on a count sheet, from the **Batch Stock Take Options** menu, select **Enter/Update Stock Card**. 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ :info:* Note*: If the user has counted via the PDA, then the counted quantity is already recorded in the system on the stock card selected when the count was entered on the PDA. For editing or updating a stock card option **Enter/Update Stock Card** from the **Batch Stock Take Options** menu is used in both scenarios.

> ℹ️ 2. Enter the *Batch Stocktake name* into the **Stock Take** field (or press **F3** to search).

> ℹ️ 3. Enter the *Stock card number* into the **Card Number** field.

> ℹ️ :info:* Note*: If the card contains products which have related timber pack stock select *Yes*, if not leave as *No* in the **Pack Stock** field.

> ℹ️ 4. Products that were loaded on the stock card are displayed in the same sequence as the printed count sheet. Select **F9** **Qty** to enter the counted quantity.

> ℹ️ 5. Enter the *quantity* into the **Qty** field as per the Stock Card.

> ℹ️ The Qty is now updated with the counted quantity:

> ℹ️ 6. If required, where a user has manually written additional products to the count sheet, these can be added to the card within the card entry.

> ℹ️ To enter an additional product:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ i. Press **F6 Add** then enter the *Bin Location* that the product was counted in into the **Bin Location** field (or press **F3** to search).

> ℹ️ ii. Enter the *Product No* into the **Product No.** field.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ iii. Enter the counted quantity into the **Qty** field.

> ℹ️ :info:* Note*: Any Bin Locations that have been entered or updated during the stock take can be updated on the product at the end of the stocktake where there is an option to update products bin location based on the Bin Location recorded on the stock card.
