Hide cost To Hide cost perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  System Administration  then  Security  then    Define Users 2.  Select Define Users from the options box then type the User ID. Once this is completed you are presented with the ' Modify User ' screen. Refer to the collapsible link below for a screenshot of these options: 3. Select <F1> to take you to the next screen Screen. 4. Select Enter until you reach ' Restrict Cost Views ' , enter  'Yes'  then select <F10>. You are presented with the following screen: 5. From within this screen you can select ' Y ' or ' N ' to either allow access or restrict access to the user.   View Restricted Supplier To maintain hidden  Supplier  at a user level, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  System Administration  then  Security  then  Define Users 1. Select Define Users from the options box then type the User ID. Once this is completed you are presented with the ' Modify User ' screen.  Refer to the collapsible link below for a screenshot of these options: 2.  Select <F1> to take you to the ' System Administrator ' Screen. 3. To change the visibility of Suppliers select ' Y ' or ' N ' for 'View Restricted Suppliers. When this flag is enabled/disabled it determines weather or not the user is prevented from viewing product codes for certain products.
