As part of the import process, the system checks to see if the Contract name already exists on another contract within Prostix. Duplicate contract names are not permitted. To maintain Products in the Master File, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Special Pricing'  then  'Contract Import/Export' 2.
