The process explains how to define the dates and times that the Stock Forecasting and Seasonal Weighting updates are to occur. Generally this is scheduled to be once a month or fortnight. To  define the dates and times that the Stock Forecasting and Seasonal Weighting updates are to occur , perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  ' Stock Control'  then  ' Stock Level Management'  then   'Scheduled Update' . 2. The 'Stock Forecasting Method Tasks' screen is displayed.   3. To add a scheduled forecasting task, select <F6>.  You are prompted to enter the following information: 4. Once you enter a Task Id and description a 'Scheduled Forecasting' screen is displayed. Enter the following information: 5. Once the above parameters are completed, you are prompted to define the scheduling parameters. 6. When scheduling is complete, the task has been fully defined and you are then returned to the list of tasks with the completed task having a status of disabled.  You then need to toggle the status to ' current ' if you want it to be enabled. 7. To modify a schedule task, highlight the record that you wish to maintain, then select: 8. To delete a scheduled task, highlight the record you want to delete, then select <F5>.
