All contract transactions for that customer attract the special contract prices specified for the period allocated. To create and maintain contract prices for an individual customer, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Inventory Management' then 'Special Pricing' then 'Contract Pricing' then 'Customer Contracts' . 2. Type in a Customer Code or leave blank for all contracts. 3. The 'Customer Contracts' screen displays the current list of Customer contracts. Select to add a new customer contract. Refer to the ' Çustomer Contracts ' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options. 4. The contract header has now been created. You can choose 'Update Header' from the Options menu to change any of the information in the header, except the Customer No. and contract ID. Refer to the 'Update Header' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options. 5. Select the option for 'Contract Details' from the side menu. You are presented with a box where you can enter either products or product groups.
