Flag Description InvGTINDef  Sets the default value of the Print GTIN Labels. InvLblALoc  A new option has been introduced to allow the user to specify if only the first shelf label will be printed or a label for each location. The default value of these can be set via flag  InvLblALoc  ( Print Labels for all Locations from the <F9> Table Option). Refer to  If the InvLblALoc has been activated:  below for further information. InvLblPrQt  Print single quotes on shelf labels. Defaults to no to maintain existing behaviour. This process explains how to how to print Shelf Labels.  To print Shelf Labels, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Print Labels'  then  'Shelf Labels' Note:  Shelf labels can also be printed from Stock Cards. 2. The next screen prompts for the selection criteria and information to be included on the labels. Refer to the 'Shelf Labels' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options. 3. The selected labels are generated and print on the printer allocated, or are output to a CSV file if that option was selected. A label prints for each UOM (the base and the alternates). More labels can also be printed by increasing the number stored under  'Inventory Management'  then  'Product Maintenance'  then  [select product]  then  'Stock Data'  then  [select branch]  then  'Shelf Labels' . 4. Select <F1> to proceed to the Labels to Print Table. Refer to the 'Labels to Print Table' collapsible link for an explanation of these options: 5. If a user is maintaining a table for a branch, no other user may access that table until the first user leaves the table, however other users may maintain tables for their own devices on that branch. Similarly, if a user is maintaining a table for their own device on a given branch, another user may maintain a table either for their own device or for the branch. 6. If a branch-specific table has one or more entries, any time a user on that branch enters the Print Shelf Labels screen from either the Print Labels menu or a Labels to Print table, the following warning appears: Similarly, if a device/branch specific table has one or more entries, the warning appears when the Print Shelf Labels screen is entered on that device.
