| From the ProStix PDA main menu, Select **Purchasing & Receipting, Stock Receipting** |
| Type the Purchase Order number you wish to receipt. |
| select **OK** |
| Type/scan on Product ID, Barcode, or Alternate code of product received into the **Barcode **field. |
| Type the **Quantity** of product received. |
| Select **Next** |
| Repeat steps 4-6 for any other products to be received |
| Select '**Complete**'. the receipt can then be reviewed and finalised from the Frameworks receipting screen. |
