| From the PDA Select the **Inventory Manangement - Stock Control** then select **Stock take**. |
| Type the code of the stocktake you wish to access. |
| Type the stockcard number you wish to maintain. This is displayed at the top of the screen after entry. |
| Type the product location that you are recording stock for. |
| Optionally tick the** Pack Stock** tick box if pack stock on this card. |
| Select **Next** |
| Type/scan on Product ID, Barcode, Alternate code or Supplier barcode and select OK. |
| Type the quantity counted for the stocktake. |
| Type the Unit of Measure counted for the product. |
| Select **Next** to move to the next product and repeat steps 7-9 |
| Once all product are entered for that card select **Review **displays a list of the products entered so far. |
| Products can then be edited, removed, or **saved** back to the database. |
| Once all products have been confirmed as correct, select **Done **to completed and update the stock card. |
