| From the ProStix PDA main menu, Select **Purchasing & Receipting, Purchase Orders** |
| Type the supplier code, or the first few characters of the supplier code into the 'Filter' field, then select '**Search**'. Then select the correct supplier from the list  
  
Or<br>Select next without selecting a supplier to create orders for multiple purchase orders |
| Type/scan on Product ID, Barcode, or Alternate code into the Product field. |
| Type the quantity of product to be purchased into the **Quantity** field |
| Select **Next** |
| Repeat steps 3-5 for all products to be purchased |
| Select on '**Complete**'. the order/s will now be created to be processed as normal |
