| From the<span style="color: #333333">** ProStix Main Menu **</span>select **Inventory Management** then **Special Pricing** then **Contract Pricing **then** Customer Contracts**.<br>> ℹ️ *Quick option*: Type** 5,2,1, Customer Contracts.** from the **ProStix Main Menu**. |
| Type in a **Customer No. ** Use <F3> to search, or leave blank and Press Enter for all contracts. |
| Press **<F6> **to add a new Customer Contract. |
| Type the Customer Number. Use <F3> to search. |
| Type **C** for a selectable Customer Contract or** D** for a Default Customer Contract. |
| Type a **Contract ID** and a **Description**. |
| Type the **Start **and **Finish dates** for the contract. Format: DD/MM/YY then press **<F1>**. |
| As appropriate, press <enter> then select **Update Header** from the *Options* menu to change any of the information in the header.<br>Review the **Pricing Rule, Specail Buy-ins, Auto Select, **and any other fields as required.<br>Press <F1> to save. |
| Select **Contract Details** from the *Options* menu to enter either **Products** or **Product Groups, **Use <F3> to search. Update the contract detail fields as required. |
