> ℹ️ An option to allow the user to specify if only the first shelf label will be printed or a label for each location has been introduced. The default value of these can be set via flag **InvLblALoc**.

| **Task** |
| --- |
| From the ProStix PDA main menu, Select **Inventory Management, Labels, Shelf Labels** |
| Type/scan The Product ID, Barcode, Alternate code or Supplier barcode into the Barcode Field |
| Type the quantity of labels needed in the **Quantity** field |
| Select **Next** |
| Repeat steps 2-3 for other labels required. |
| Select **Print**, then the system validates that the product(s) exists on the Product Master File and print the labels to the PDA's printer. |
