| **Task** |

| From the ProStix **main menu** select **Sales Order Processing, Order Processing,** |
| Select the appropriate choice between **New Order** or **New Quote** |
| Type the **customer number** for the new sale **(Press <F3> to search)** |
| Update the **Branch** as needed |
| Type 'yes' in to **copy order** |
| Type the appropriate **Customer number** and **Order Number **(Press <F3> to search) |
| Press <F1> x 4 |
| Select your despatch method |
| Select your delivery Fee |
| Update the delivery details as required including customer **Order Number** |
| Press <F1> |
| Press <F4> x 2 |
| The Order/Quote will now be available to update in Frameworks as normal. |
