> ℹ️ An option to allow the user to specify if only the first Shelf Label, Rack Label &/or PDA Shelf Label will be printed or a label for each location has been introduced. The default value of these can be set via 2 new flags as follows:

- **InvLblALoc**: Print Labels for all Locations from F9 Table Option
- **PDALblALoc**: Print Labels for all Locations from PDA

| **Task** |
| --- |
| From the **ProStix Main Menu** select **Inventory Management** then **Print Labels**. |
| Select either:<br>1. 
  1. **Pack Labels** to print Pack Labels.
  2. **Product Labels** to print Product Labels.
  3. **Rack Labels** to print product Rack Labels.
  4. **Shelf Labels** to print Shelf Labels. |
| On the **Print Pack / Product / Rack / Shelf Labels** screen, type the range of products, product groups, suppliers or locations to print labels for in the corresponding **From** / **To** fields.  
Alternatively, press <F9> to manually add individual products requiring new labels on the **Labels to Print** screen. Once all labels have been added, press <F8> to print. |
| Always ensure the correct **Printer Address** is selected. |
| Press <F1> to finish then generate and print the selected labels. |
