**Flag/Setting Purpose**: Disallow adding non-stocked products to a PO except from a linked SO (Branch Level)

- When enabled, if the branch-level product type setting is non-stocked, then you cannot add the product to a purchase order or requisition unless it is created from a linked sales order.
- When disabled, there will be no validation from this setting.
