**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Special Buyin reference and expiry optional

- When enabled, upon adding lines to a **Customer Contract** where **Special Buy In** has been enabled at the contract header level, the requirement to supply the **Supplier’s Ref **and **Purchase Expiry **when adding a line to the contract will be suppressed and hidden. There also will not be a requirement to supply the same information when editing a line of the contract and changing the cost.
  When disabled, upon adding lines to a **Customer Contract** where **Special Buy In** has been enabled at the contract header level, the requirement to supply the **Supplier’s Ref **and **Purchase Expiry **when adding a line to the contract will be visible and enforced by Frameworks. If a contract line is edited and cost details changed, the same fields will be validated to ensure there is data populated.
