**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Prevent delete of Specials in SOP with linked P/O

- When enabled, deleting a sales order line with linked PO with a special product is restricted.
- When disabled, deleting a sales order line with linked PO with a special product is allowed, but the user will receive the standard confirmation dialogue to proceed or not.
