**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Restrict S/Ord Release if unreceived linked P/Ords

- When enabled, when an order is attempted to be released in Frameworks, a message will be presented to the user if the Sales Order contains **linked Purchase Orders **that have not been receipted. The order will NOT be able to be released until the linked Purchase Orders have been receipted.
- When disabled, when an order is attempted to be released in Frameworks, there will be no checking for unreceipted linked Purchase Orders attached to the Sales Order. The order will be able to be released.
