**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Allow negative values for Manufactured items in SOP

- When enabled, a manufactured item can be entered into a Sales Order with a quantity of 1 or less.
- When disabled, a manufactured item can be only be entered into a Sales Order with a quantity of 1.
