**Flag/Setting Purpose**: Zero P/O Costs with Purchase Supervisor Approval

- **When enabled, **the system requires Purchasing Supervisor credentials the first time a product’s cost is set to zero on a purchase order for a non-internal supplier; otherwise, it blocks the entry.

> ℹ️ This validation does not apply to Type 6 **Miscellaneous Products**.

- **When disabled, **Zero-cost entries on purchase orders are allowed without requiring supervisor approval.
