**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Locks The Product Number From Editing on Product Creation

- When enabled, the **Product ID** field is unable to be entered when creating a new product in **Product Maintenance**. A warning will also be shown upon saving that the **Product ID **will be automatically generated.
  When disabled, the **Product ID** field can be entered when creating a new product in **Product Maintenance**.


> ℹ️ **Note:** If the InvNumLock flag is disabled, Frameworks will not allow the new product to be created if the same Product ID is found for another existing product.
