**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Log debug messages when communicating with DCA

- When enabled, the request for a points balance from DCA will be logged in the AppServer log file. The request for points balance is triggered when loading a customer's details in Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance and when adding a Mighty Rewards customer to a POS transaction.
- When disabled, the request for a points balance from DCA will NOT be logged in the AppServer log file.
