**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Show the Contact Tracing Prompt on SOP and POS to ask user for contact tracing information

- When enabled, for Pin Entry Activities, three additional fields will appear (Contact, Additional, & Phone Number). This information will be stored in the database for later use if required.
- When disabled, these three extra fields are not shown on Pin Entry Activity screens.
