**Flag Purpose: **Change the debtors ageing from ageing by invoice date to ageing by due date.

- When enabled, customer ageing is based on the **Due Date** of each invoice. If you change the Due Date (e.g. using the Edit Invoice Header button), the customer’s ageing buckets update immediately.
- When disabled, customer ageing is based on the **Invoice Date** (when the invoice was first posted). Changing the Due Date does **not** affect ageing; only the original invoice date is used.

> ⚠️ You must have the **Override payment terms** enabled in **User Maintenance** to change payment terms, invoice due dates, or settlement expiry dates when the **AgeByDueDate** flag is enabled.
