**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Recalculate unit cost on PO

- When enabled, Frameworks will recalculate the unit cost on existing purchase order lines if the cost of the product has changed (excluding override costs).
- When disabled, Frameworks will NOT recalculate the unit cost on existing purchase order lines if the cost is changed.
