**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Prevent Customer number from being overwritten

- When enabled, the **Customer Number** on the **Customer Maintenance** screen defaults to the next sequenced customer number and it cannot be edited.
- When disabled, the **Customer Number** on the **Customer Maintenance** screen defaults to the next sequenced customer number but it can be overridden or edited by the user.
