**Flag/Setting Purpose: **Deletion of Sales Orders Must be Authorised

- When enabled, Frameworks will prompt for authorisation when a user attempts to delete a sale order.
- When disabled, Frameworks will allow sales orders to be deleted without any prompts for authorisation.
