**Setting Purpose:** Default despatch method for COP imports

The **COPDefDesp** setting defines the default despatch method assigned to customer orders created by the [OCR Import Customer Orders](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/122355716) scheduled task. If this setting is not configured, the system uses the fallback value `ZTBA`.

- In the **Value** field, enter a valid despatch method code as configured in **Despatch Methods Maintenance** (for example, `ZTBA`).

> ⚠️ **Important:** The value entered must exactly match a despatch method code defined on the **Despatch Methods Maintenance** screen.

The **COPDefDesp** setting is used by the [OCR Import Customer Orders](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/122355716) scheduled task and works in conjunction with [OrdCntlFil](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FSS/pages/127139843).
