<span style="color: #333333">**Truck Tracker **</span><span style="color: #333333">is an IHG initiative to integrate customer orders and delivery details from the stores’ POS system to IHG. These requests will then be integrated into a third-party logistics management service provider (GetSwift).</span>

<span style="color: #333333">Prerequisites for Truck Tracker</span>

<span style="color: #333333">The prerequisites for implementing the Truck Tracker Integration are:</span>

- <span style="color: #333333">Frameworks Implemented and using the Sales Modules (refer to Available Frameworks Packages under </span><span style="color: #333333">[Frameworks Transition from ProStix Overview](https://sterkb.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=FTFP&title=Frameworks%20Transition%20from%20ProStix%20Overview)</span><span style="color: #333333"> for further information).</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Frameworks </span><span style="color: #333333">**Activity Task Scheduler Control**</span><span style="color: #333333"> and </span><span style="color: #333333">**Notification Event Queue Processor Control**</span><span style="color: #333333"> must both be configured and running onsite.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Minimum Frameworks Version required: 5.2.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Must be a Mitre10 store.</span>
