# Accessing the Mobile Label Batches Screen

To access the mobile Label Batches screen, perform the following:

1. Press the **Frameworks **button in the top left of the **Home** screen and select **Inventory > Label Batches **from the menu.
2. Press **Find **to view all the currently pending Label Batches.
3. From the **Results, **press the **Batch ID **hyperlink to open the Label Batches maintenance screen.

# Navigating the Label Batches Dashboard screen

Once you have opened the mobile label batches dashboard screen you can view and perform the following functions:

## <span style="color: #333333">1. Find Labels Batches</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">The </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Search </span>**<span style="color: #333333">section allows you to refine your search by:</span>

- **<span style="color: #333333">Branch</span>**<span style="color: #333333">: This will default to the users logged in branch.</span>
- **Type: **This allows you to filter the search results by **Rack, Shelf, Swing **or **Product **labels

2. <span style="color: #333333">The </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Results </span>**<span style="color: #333333">section allows you to view all the pending label batches for the search criteria and access the label batches maintenance screen. </span>  
<span style="color: #333333">This information displayed is:</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">The label batch description.</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">The Label type</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">The Branch the label batches is for.</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">The Status of the label batch.</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">The Batch ID and hyperlink to open the label Batches maintenance screen.</span>

## 2. Create New Label Batches

Press the **New **button to create a new label batch.

# Navigating the Label Batches Maintenance Screen

The mobile label batches maintenance screen displays information related to the selected Label Batch. 

## 1. Label Batch Details

The top section of the **Label Batches** screen displays the selected batches details and allows you to navigate and maintain the batch.

- Press **Search **to navigate back to the label batches dashboard screen.
- The details displayed are the **Batch ID**, **Description **and the** number of labels **per product.
- The **Actions **button allows you to maintain the label batch.

The following options are available via the Actions button

**Edit Header**

By selecting the **Edit Header **option, you can update and maintain the header information related to the label batch

For more information about the Label Printing Header, check out the table below:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Description** and** Branch** | Enter a reference for the batch and select which branch the batch is for. The branch will default to the users logged in branch. |
| **Label Type** | From the drop-down menu select **Rack, Swing, Shelf** or **Product.** |
| **Promotion** and** Supplier** | If required select a specific promotion and/or supplier for the batch. Press **Search **to open the relevant finders. |
| **Label Configuration** | If the **Label Type **is **Shelf** this field will become available for searching. Select the label size type as defined under the System - Label Configuration table. |
| **Future Price** | If ticked you will be prompted for a date from when the future price is set for. |
| **Print Price** | Tick if you wish to print the prices on the labels. |
| **Print Sequence** | Select either **Line Number**, of the batch, or **Location** to print labels in the selected order. |
| **Customer Friendly Description** | Tick to add the customer friendly descriptions rather than the product description on the labels. |
| **Print GTIN Labels** | Tick to print alternate UOM on the labels. |
| **Pinter Name** | Search and select the printer name you wish to print. |

**Delete Batch**

Select **Delete Batch **to remove the label batch from Frameworks.

**Load Products**

Select **Load Product **to add a range of product based on the defined criteria.

**Print Labels**

Select **Print Labels** to schedule and submit the batch to be printed.

## 2. The Product Entry Tab

The **Product Entry **tab allows you to add a single product, one line at a time to the label batch. From here you can:

- In the **Product **field, you can scan or enter a product Id. Press **Search **to use the **Product Finder **screen.
- If required, in the **Location **field you can scan or enter the location. Press **Search **to use the **Location Finder **screen.

> ℹ️ This field is required if you have chosen **Location **as the **Print Sequence. **

- In the **Quantity **field, enter the number of labels you need to print for this product.
- The **Check **icon adds the product to the label batch and will be visible on the **Review **tab.

## 3. The Review Tab

The **Review **tab allows you to view the details of each product and remove products for the label batch.

The product information displayed is:

- The **Product Id** and **Description.**
- The **Location** as entered in the Product Entry or Load Products option
- The **number of labels** to be printed for the product

Click **Delete **to delete the product for the label batch.

## 4. Batch Settings

The **Batch Settings** tab displays the options that have been applied to the selected label batch. This information is editable via the **Edit Header **option in the **Action **menu or on the **Report Criteria **screen at the time of scheduling the label batch to be printed.
