# Overview

The** Production Scheduling - Transaction Processing - Process Management dashboard **option allows you to create and maintain all production Jobs within Frameworks.

From the introduction of Custom Manufacturing, the Process Management Dashboard also includes **Assembly tasks** generated when sales orders containing Assembly Kit products are marked Entry Complete. Assembly tasks appear alongside existing production tasks, so operators have a single dashboard for all in-progress production work. Assembly tasks are completed via the redesigned Task Completion experience — see [Process Task Details Screen - Field Definitions](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/738295809) for details.

# Process Management Dashboard

The **Process Management** Dashboard provides users with an overview of all tasks added to current sales orders where production Scheduling is in progress.

There are four main sections to the **Process Management** Dashboard:

Refer to the below for more detailed information regarding each of these sections.

## Section 1. Job Tasks Calendar

**Job Tasks Calendar view**

Search for open tasks by start date (7 days viewed at a time from the start date selected), assignee, and/or branch, click "Find"

Click on the hyperlink within the calendar to load the customer and order details associated with that task on the left side of the dashboard.

## Section 2. Customer Details

Customer Details - customer details associated with the job task selected in the calendar. The customer details are un-editable and comes from the Sales order details.
In this section you can also navigate to the Order associated with the selected task

When a task is selected from the calendar and the hyperlink customer is clicked, details of the linked Order are populated in the top left of the screen. From here you have 3 options:

### View the linked Sales Order

Via the "Order" button. Takes you to the Sales Order entry screen. Any changes made in process management will be reflected in the Sales Order such as task completion.

> ✅ For more detailed information, refer to [Sales Order Processing and Production Scheduling](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/CO/543916033).

> 📝 **Behaviour for orders with Assembly tasks**
> 📝
> 📝 The Order hyperlink is disabled for orders that contain Assembly tasks. These orders should be progressed through Process Management — the operator records incremental task completion directly on the Process Task Details screen rather than returning to the Sales Order screen. See [Custom Manufacturing - Implementation Guide](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/737837057) for the complete workflow.

### Complete the task

Click this button when ready to complete a task selected from the right side of the dashboard in the calendar. ### Production

> 📝 **Behaviour for Assembly tasks**
> 📝
> 📝 The Production button is disabled for Assembly tasks when the product is not a manufactured item. Assembly tasks are completed via the Task Completion experience on the Process Task Details screen, which decouples completion logic from the Production button and supports incremental completion with a full completion history. See [Process Task Details Screen - Field Definitions](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/738295809) for the field-level reference and [Complete an Assembly Task](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/PLACEHOLDER) for the operational procedure.

## Section 3. Open tasks for the selected Job/Order

List of all tasks for the Sales Order selected from the calendar.

You can edit the task/s associated with the Order selected from the calendar from here via the **Edit **button.

> ✅ For more detailed information, refer to [Process Management - Task Management](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30522980).

## Section 4. Opens tasks for all Active Jobs/Orders

This section provides an overview of ALL production tasks that were due prior to the current date. It will refresh each time the operator clicks on one of the tasks in the calendar. If you have just changed the start date or other filters, just click on one of the tasks in the calendar to refresh this list in section 4.
