# <span style="color: #172b4d">Overview</span>

Before the **Product Location Transfers** can be used the following system administration configurations must be completed. This will allow you to **Stock **and** Sell **stock by their location.

# Feature Code

The following feature code is required to be **Active** for **Product Location Transfers** to available as a module via the Frameworks menu.

# Security Group Maintenance

<span style="color: #333333">From the Frameworks menu navigate to </span><span style="color: #333333">**System Administration > Users & Security > Users > Security Group Maintenance **</span><span style="color: #333333">and then ensure the following </span><span style="color: #333333">**Activities**</span><span style="color: #333333"> are added to your Users required Security Groups.</span>

# Branch Maintenance Configurations

The Branch drop-down menu only shows the Branches available to the Users Security. Furthermore, only Branches flagged as **Stock by Location** are displayed. To add a branch to the **Branch **field in the **Product Location Transfers Dashboard**, from the [Branch Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28390994) perform the following:

> Macro (rw-ui-steps-macro)
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> For the required branches scroll to the right and enable > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  the checkbox in the **Stock by Location **and **Multiple Fixed locations **columns.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click **Save **to commit the changes.
