# Overview

The Future pricing functionality allows the use of future prices on future dated Purchase Orders, Sales Quotes and Orders, and Job Quotes and Orders and Contacts prior to future prices having been applied within the system. 

> ⚠️ Repricing will not occur under the following conditions:
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ - Transaction lines that have price overrides or special buy ins.
> ⚠️ - If the customer is a cash customer (type = C or type = D).
> ⚠️ - If the transaction is a credit note.
> ⚠️ - If the order came from an accepted quote.
> ⚠️ - If the delivery date has been changed by less than the number of days specified by **OrdDelDTol**

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Feature Code</span>

<span style="color: #333333">The following feature code is required to be </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Active**</span><span style="color: #333333"> for the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Future Pricing Option **</span><span style="color: #333333">to available for products.</span>

# <span style="color: #000000">System Tables</span>

<span style="color: #000000">Depending on your business needs the following system tables are required to be defined. From the Frameworks menu navigate to </span><span style="color: #000000">**System Administration > System Tables > Miscellaneous Table Maintenance **</span><span style="color: #000000">and then search for the following system tables. </span>

### <span style="color: #333333">These flags control the use of future prices in Purchase Order processing and Sales Order processing. </span>

### The following flags are checked to determine which future price should be applied to future dated Purchase Orders, Quotes, Sales Orders and Jobs.
