### FWPDAStock

**Flag Purpose**: Save PDA stocktake into Frameworks stocktake

- When enabled, the existing ProstixPDA software can redirect its stocktake entry into the tables supported by Frameworks stocktake. In this mode, the PDA stocktake can only be used as a data capture device and cannot recall a stock card for modification.

> ⚠️ **Important: **The **InvStkBtch **system setting flag MUST be **enabled** for a PDA to communicate with Stocktake.

> ❌ **This is a known limitation of the process and will not be addressed.**
> ❌
> ❌ - Users on the PDA 'SHOULD NOT' use the save button on the stock card entry; otherwise, they will end up with duplicated lines. They should only use 'Review' and 'Done'.

Only SS lines where the snapshot quantity is greater than zero are converted. ### InvUseProdCostingMth

**Flag Purpose:** Product Costing Method is in use

The **InvUseProdCostingMth** setting controls whether the product costing methods and components of cost functionality is active in Frameworks. This flag enables two related capabilities: the ability to assign different costing methods to individual products with configurable variance percentages, and the ability to define and track additional cost components that contribute to a product's landed cost.

- **When enabled**, products can be assigned individual costing methods through the **Product Costing Methods Maintenance** screen. Components of cost screens, fields, buttons and scheduled tasks become available across the Inventory module. Cost components are calculated and posted to nominated GL accounts during stock receipting.
- **When disabled**, product costing operates using standard or average cost methods without individual costing method assignments or additional cost components. No cost component fields, buttons or menu items are displayed.

> ⚠️ **Important:** Please consult with [Support](https://frameworks-kb.refined.site/page/support) before enabling this flag.
