# Overview

The EPC Dashboard provides a centralised view for managing Electronic Product Catalogue (EPC) data and supplier information within Frameworks. This screen allows users to monitor EPC data imports, review supplier configurations, and track the status of product catalogue updates from various suppliers.

# Accessing the EPC Dashboard

To access the **EPC Dashboard** screen, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks** and navigate to **Inventory > Electronic Product Catalogue > EPC Dashboard** from the navigation tree.

# Navigating the EPC Dashboard

The EPC Dashboard screen is made up of 2 main sections:

## 1. The Search Section

The Search Section allows you to filter and locate specific EPC supplier data based on various criteria. This section provides comprehensive filtering options to narrow down the supplier results displayed in the Results Section.

### Search Criteria:

The following search criteria are available to filter the supplier results:

- In the **Supplier** field, enter or search for the supplier ID or name to filter results for a specific supplier. Leave the field blank to display all suppliers.
- From the **Branch** dropdown menu, select the branch to display EPC supplier data. Choose "All Branches" to view data for all branches.
- From the **Format** dropdown menu, select the EPC format type to filter suppliers by their configured import format. Leave the field blank to display suppliers using any format.
- From the **Periods** dropdown menu, select the time period for displaying EPC files related to their Supplier Effective Date.
  - **All:** Shows all supplier records regardless of date.
  - **Current**: Show records with a Supplier Effective Date today or earlier, or no date at all.
  - **Future**: Show records with a Supplier Effective Date after today.

Click the **Find** button to execute the search and display suppliers EPC files matching the selected criteria.

### New Button

Click the **New** button to create a new EPC supplier configuration.

## 2. The Results Section

The Results Section displays a comprehensive list of suppliers EPC files matching the search criteria, showing their current configuration and status information.

**Supplier**

Displays the **supplier ID** as a clickable link. Clicking the supplier ID opens the [EPC Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28402906) screen for that specific supplier.

**Name**

Displays the full **Supplier name** as configured in the Frameworks.

---

**Branch**

Displays the **branch ID** for which the EPC configuration applies. **All **is displayed when the EPC file applies to all branches.

---

**Supplier Effective Date**

Displays the date from which the EPC supplier configuration becomes active.

---

**Frequency**

Displays the configured import frequency for the supplier's EPC data updates.

Available frequency options include:

- **Daily**: EPC data is processed every day
- **Weekly**: EPC data is processed weekly
- **Monthly**: EPC data is processed monthly

**Format**

Displays the EPC import format configured for each supplier.

---

**Last Import**

Displays the date when the last successful EPC data import was completed for each supplier.

---

**Last Update**

Displays the date when the supplier's EPC configuration was last modified.

---

**Apply Date**

Displays the date when imported EPC data changes will be applied to the product catalogue.

**Our Effective Date**

Displays effective date of the EPC file if the EPC was loaded for a future date via <u>[Apply Stock](https://frameworks-kb.refined.site/space/FRAM/28402894/EPC+Apply+-+Stock+Update+Parameters)</u><u>.</u>

**Status**

Displays the current operational status of each EPC supplier configuration.

Status options include:

- **NEW**: Recently configured supplier not yet processed.
- **MODIFIED**: The EPC’s header details have been modified.
- **UPDATED: **There has been a changes to the product listing.
- **IMPORTED**: An EPC file has been imported, either manually or via a scheduled task, an there have been no changes the catalog.
- **APPLIED**: When the [Applying an Imported EPC File](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CO/pages/30530220) process has been completed.

**TradeNet ID**

Displays the TradeNet identification number for suppliers that use TradeNet for EPC data exchange.
