PWL require specific functionality, and workflows within frameworks to support and streamline its commercial and pipelines business divisions allowing for greater efficiency, transparency and capturing of information across the business network. This change to functionality within Frameworks facilitates the capture of PWL Commercial and Pipelines divisions market data and project information, allowing for more accurate market pricing and deliberate strategic decision making based on customer, product and market history.

Enhancements have been made to facilitate this in the following areas:

1. Workbook data entry screen that captures all currently required information in an easy to use format and quickly editable
2. Document templates for internal and external customers including multiple Quote Layouts, editable Cover Letter, and editable Quote Acceptance
3. Additional workflow notifications to specific users when change in Quote status or Quote value occurs
4. Additional Branch and User level security
5. Reporting - including Margin reports, Code entry reports and Quote Analysis
6. Repricing options with the ability to re-price by section subtotal, and grand total
7. Quote modifications - including enhanced visibility of quotes, additional quote statuses, as well as Quote types - Quotes to be Raised by Quantity or Time limited
8. Update of supplier cost price across items - If the same item is entered on multiple lines on the quote/order and the cost price and/or sell price is changed all identical codes on quote are updated with same cost and sell
9. Last buy & sell - Show last quoted cost and sell price when item is entered on screen
10. Lost Quote reason field in Customer Transaction Enquiry screen. when terminating a Sales Quote the Reason, Terminated By and Diary Notes can be seen through Customer Transaction Enquiry.


User can now create different type of quotes: Standard Quotes, Template Quotes and Commercial Quotes. Once approved, Commercial Quote become "or-QtComm" order type. When Template Quotes are approved, type become "or-QtTemp" order type  
b. User can now capture reference via reference field in the product entry line and internal comments for special buy-ins in a Commercial Quote.   
c. User can copy a line in the Sales Order screen except for Quote Option Lines and Manufactured products.  
d. User can reprice an order line specific for a Supplier.

| ComQuotNumLine | Numerical flag controls the number of lines outputted for a Commercial Quote |
| ComUsgeSrt | Sort commercial quotes by usage sequence number.<br>When **ComUsgeSrt** and **OrdUsagVal** are active, commercial quote usage codes will be sorted by their sequence number. |
