# Navigating the Sales Calendar

To navigate the mobile Sales Calendar, perform the following:

1. From the **Branch **drop-down menu select the branch you require to see the sales data from then press **Refresh. **The totals will adjust accordingly for the month and each day.
2. Press the **previous** and **next** arrow buttons to change the **Month **being displayed.
3. Each day displays the following information:
  - Total **sales value** (ex GST) for the day.
  - The **Gross Profit %** for the day.
  - Total **number of sale**s for the day.
  - The **average value** of each sale.

> ℹ️ **Red** text notifies you of future/projected orders.
