- **Access Costs - Receipting: **enableing this option in [Users ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28401722)allows Users to access the Unit Cost field when receipting a Purchase Order. Users can change the Unit Cost in the Purchase Order Maintenance screen no matter the flag setting.
