# Navigating the Mobile Purchase Requisitions Dashboard Screen

<span style="color: #333333">Once you have opened the mobile Purchase Requisitions dashboard screen you can view and perform the following functions:</span>

## 1. Find Purchase Requisition Orders

## 2. Create New <span style="color: #172b4d">Purchase Requisition Orders</span>

Press the **New** button to create a new purchase requisition.

# Navigating the Purchase Requisition Maintenance Screen

The mobile purchase requisition maintenance screen displays information related to the selected purchase requisition.

## Purchase Requisition Details

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Edit Requisition Header** | By selecting the **Edit Header **option you can update and maintain the header information related to the requestion batch. Here you can updated the **Description, Branch, Batch Date **and the** Supplier.** |
| **Show/Hide Product Entry** | Select **Show/Hide Product Entry **to display or hide the product entry details on the **Product Entry Tab.** |
| **Rapid Edit** | Select **Rapid Edit** to open the **Purchase Requisition Rapid Line Entry** screen to help you to quickly add a list of products using their Product Number. |
| **Stock Re-order** | When selected, the batch requisition **Stock Reorder** scheduled task is opened, allowing users to create an automatic batch reorder. |
| **Consolidate Branch Transfer** | This option will remove any products that are to be supplied by a branch transfer supplier and add them to a new batch, one for each supplier. |
| **Close Requisition Batch** | This option allows users with security permissions to delete a requisition batch. |
| **Lock Requisition** | Allows a Purchasing Supervisor to **lock** the purchase requisition batch, preventing the addition of any more products by anyone other than a "Purchasing Supervisor".<br>Only Users with **Purchase Supervisor** enabled, under user maintenance, can perform the following:<br>- Lock a Batch
- Unlock an already Locked batch
- If a batch is locked, the purchase supervisor can add, edit and remove products from the locked batch. This includes adding a product via PDA/Mobile scanner.
- If the batch is locked, the purchase supervisor can add a product to the batch using Stock Re-Ordering. |

### 1. Product Entry

From this section you can:

- In the **Product **field, you can scan or enter a product Id. Press **Search **to use the **Product Finder **screen.
- In the **Quantity **field, enter the number of products you require to add the purchase requisition. Click the **Tally **button to add the required tally quantity for tally products.
- If the requisition batch is for multiple suppliers you can enter the supplier id or press **Search **to use the **Supplier Finder** screen.
- The **Check **icon adds the product to the requisition batch and the last 5 most recently added products will be visible on the **Review **tab.

### 2. Branch Stock Information 

This section displays stocking information related to the entered product about, before it is added to the requisition batch.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Pack** | The quantity of this product required to make up a pack. |
| **Supp.Min** | The supplier's minimum order for a product. |
| **Purch UOM** | The purchasing unit of measure |
| **Supp Nett** | The level of stock allocated to open purchase orders for the branch selected. |
| **LeadTime** | The amount of time it takes on average for the supplier to provide the product in days. |
| **Min** | The minimum level of stock required of this product to be on hand at any one time. |
| **Max** | The maximum level of stock required of this product to be on hand at any one time. |
| **O/H (Brn)** | The level of stock on hand at the current branch selected. |
| **O/H(All)** | The level of stock on hand of this product at the company level. |
| **S/Order** | Number of product stock on existing sales orders. |
| **P/Order** | Number of product stock on existing purchase order. |

> ℹ️ Where the product has supplier **volume discounts** defined in product maintenance, the quantity discount breaks will be populated in the product entry line when entering the product Id.

### 3. Purchase Sales Information

This section displays the **Year To Date Sales History** of each month for this product.
