# Overview


**Weighbridge Ticket Entry** is a user interface for the quarry operator to record the vehicle details including what material and how much was picked up by a customer or loaded onto a truck (your own business's truck or a sub-contractor's truck) for delivery, creating the weighbridge ticket and also tendering the payment from cash customers.

<span style="color: #003366">Creating a new Weighbridge Ticket without an existing Transport Order</span>

To create a weighbridge ticket Transport Order for customer pickup, for your own delivery or for a sub-contractor delivery, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then type **Weighbridge Ticket Entry **(or select **Central Allocations - Weighbridge Ticket Entry **from the Frameworks navigation tree).

2. Click **New **to create a new weighbridge ticket.

3. As the vehicle goes onto the weighbridge, Select the* vehicle configuration id* via the** Vehicle** drop down arrow.

> ⚠️ For *multiple axle vehicles*, refer to the link in *step 6* for further instructions.

> ℹ️ The **Minus Tare Weight** is automatically populated based on the vehicle selected.

4. Enable **Customer Owned** check box if the vehicle is owned by a customer. That is, the vehicle is not owned by your business or by a sub-contractor and no delivery fee is to be charged. When ticked, only Customer Owned Vehicles will be available from the **Vehicle** drop down, and when unticked, only company owned and subcontracted vehicles will be shown.

5. Type the* drivers name* in the** Driver Name** field.

6. Click **Get Weight** to get the **Gross Weight** of the vehicle on the weighbridge.

> ℹ️ **Gross Weight** is the total of the truck weight plus goods/products weight.

<summary>Process for multiple axle vehicles</summary>

For multiple axle vehicles, perform the following to get the **Gross Weight **of each axle per vehicle:

1. As the first axle goes onto the weighbridge, click **Gross Weight**.

2. Line 1 is created in the total Gross Weight grid to the right of the **Gross Weight** button with the gross weight displayed.

> ℹ️ The **Total Nett **is then automatically calculated (Gross Weight - Minus Tare Weight = Total Nett).

3. As the second axle goes onto the weighbridge, click **Gross Weight**. 

4. Line 2 is created in the total Gross Weight grid to the right of the **Gross Weight** button with the gross weight displayed.

> ℹ️ The **Total Nett **is then automatically calculated (Total Gross Weight - Minus Tare Weight = Total Nett).

5. Repeat the above steps as required for all axles. A maximum of 6 axles is allowed.

> ℹ️ If the Gross Weight has been incorrectly measured, click **Remove** to remove the line, then repeat *step 6*. Alternatively, click the Gross Weight value in the Total Gross Weight grid & manually enter the Gross Weight.

> ℹ️ The** Total Nett **weight cannot exceed the *Max Load Capacity* of the vehicle. An error is presented "*The load has exceeded the maximum load capacity for this vehicle*" and you are not able to continue. Refer to [Vehicle Maintenance](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/610436048/Vehicles+Maintenance) to review the maximum load capacity of the vehicle.

7. Tab to the **Customer** field and *type or search for the customer* via **Search**.

> ℹ️ - <span style="color: #444444">If a new customer, click </span>**New**<span style="color: #444444">. Refer to </span>[<span style="color: #444444">Central Allocations - Creating & maintaining Customers</span>](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/CO/543982886/Create+and+Maintain+Customers+for+Central+Allocations)<span style="color: #444444"> for further information.</span>
> ℹ️ - Normal credit checking applies for account customers when entering the customer information. If the customer fails the credit check, message *"The customer nnnnn failed the credit check"* is displayed.

8. The **Deliver To, Address / Suburb/City & State **are auto populated if the customer has one delivery address only. If not, click **Find **in the **Deliver To** field to select the correct delivery details for the customer or manually add this information.

> ℹ️ After selecting a delivery address, if the delivery address is linked to a contract, the contract field is locked so it cannot be edited unless the Deliver To is changed or removed.

9.* If applicable*, a*dd or update the Contact Name & Phone* in the **Contact Name **and** Contact Phone** fields.

10. *If applicable,* type a O*rder Reference number* in the **Order Ref** field.

11. Click **Get Distance** to have the distance from the site to the delivery address calculated in the **Distance (KM)*** field. Distance is mandatory unless the ***Customer Owned*** option has been selected.

> ℹ️ This can be overridden if needed. The **Get Distance** button uses Google Maps technology to calculate the distance in kms from the site to the Customer's delivery address.

12. If applicable, type the *delivery comments* into the **Delivery Comments** field and the *shipping instructions* into the **Shipping Instructions** field.

> ℹ️ These can be manually entered or if an existing delivery address (with delivery comments and shipping instructions already defined) is selected in the **Deliver To** field, both fields are automatically populated.

13. *If applicable*, type or search for the *contract applicable to this customer* in the **Contract** field.

14. *If applicable*, *type the manual ticket number* into the **Manual Ticket No.** field.

<span style="color: #444444">15. S</span>elect the *product to add to the weighbridge ticket transport order* from the drop-down arrow in the **Product** field. Only one product is available per weighbridge ticket Transport Order.

> 📝 - The list of products displayed are from the same Site when a Contract (refer to step 8 above) is not specified. If a Contract is specified, the list of products displayed are only those products that have been added to the [Central Allocations - Contracts](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30509656)specified.
> 📝 - The **UOM** is auto populated based on the product entered (tonnes).
> 📝 - **Unit Sell (Ex)** and** **<span style="color: #444444">is auto populated based on the </span>[product](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/117637184)<span style="color: #444444"> record.</span>

<span style="color: #444444">16. Type the </span>*<span style="color: #444444">lot number where the product was sourced from</span>*<span style="color: #444444"> into the </span>**<span style="color: #444444">Lot Number </span>**<span style="color: #444444">field.</span>

<span style="color: #444444">17. </span>*<span style="color: #444444">If applicable</span>*<span style="color: #444444">, enable the </span>**<span style="color: #444444">Override Rate</span>**<span style="color: #444444"> checkbox to adjust the </span>**<span style="color: #444444">Delivery/Ton</span>**<span style="color: #444444"> field.</span><span style="color: #ff0000"> </span>

18. Confirm your order details, then click **Finish**. At this point the weighbridge ticket will also be printed.

# <span style="color: #003366">Creating a Weighbridge Ticket for existing Transport Orders</span>

To process existing Transport Orders, the weighbridge operator performs the following:

1.  Click **Frameworks **then type **Weighbridge Ticket Entry **(or select **Central Allocations - Weighbridge Ticket Entry **from the Frameworks navigation tree).

> ℹ️ - The Transport Orders are displayed according to the *Delivery Date* and *Site* details. Click **Find **to refresh this information.
> ℹ️ - If a Vehicle has been assigned against a Transport Order via the Transport Planning module, the Vehicle ID is shown, otherwise the term "*Not on RunSheet*" is displayed.

2. Click the relevant *Vehicle* link to open the appropriate Transport Order on the right side of the screen.

3. # <span style="color: #003366">Processing different customer types</span>

### <span style="color: #003366">Account Customers</span>

If the customer is an account customer, The weighbridge ticket is created and printed. Account customer weighbridge tickets are NOT invoiced immediately and instead are collated via the scheduled task runs at the end of each day. Refer to [Central Allocations Scheduled Task ](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/609879420/Central+Allocations+Scheduled+Task) for further information.

Normal credit checking applies for account customers.

### <span style="color: #003366">Cash Card Customer/ COD customers</span>

If the customer is a Cash Card or Cash on Delivery customer, the [tendering](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/CO/543690615) popup screen will display and prompt for payment. The usual payment methods are available.

Following payment, the weighbridge ticket is created and printed. Cash customer weighbridge tickets are invoiced immediately.
