# Overview
The **Contract Future Price Review **screen allow you to list contract lines with future pricing for a selected range of contract lines. From here you can maintain the contract future price record for each line.
> ℹ️ Only the next **Review Date **is displayed here, past dates and following dates will not be shown.
Accessing Contract Future Price Review
Typically, the **Contract Future Price Review** screen is access directly from a specific [Contracts Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391896) screen by selecting **Review Future Prices** from the **Actions **menu. To access the Contract Future Price Review directly, perform the following:

> Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Special Pricing > Maintenance > Contract Future Price Review **from the navigation screen.

>
> Enter your search criteria of **Customer, Contract, Product **and/or **Supplier** then click **Find **to update the results grid.
# Navigating the Contract Future Price Review Screen
Once you have updated the **Contract Future Price Review** screen you can view and edit contract future pricing
The **Contract Future Price Review** screen is made up of 2 sections, these are:

> ## The Search Options
>
> > ℹ️ On opening the **Contract Future Price Review** screen from the [Contracts Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391896) **Actions **menu all of the Contract's details will be displayed for the next review date.
>
> You can refine your search options by:
>
> - **Customer, Contract, Product **and/or **Supplier **(At least one of these need to be defined).
>
> And further define the search by:
>
> - **Contract Type, Product Group** and** Review Date.** The **Skip No Future Review **check box allow you to only display contract lines that have an up-and-coming review date when ticked.
>
> Click **Find **to update the Contract Future Price grid.

> ## The Contract Future Price Grid
>
> This section displays the contract lines product details and standard cost and sell amounts, the contract lines current pricing and the contract lines future pricing for the next applied review date. From here you can also edit the contract future pricing details. The future price review dates and details can also be generated by the scheduled task **Contract Margin Management.**

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Customer **and **Name** | These fields display the **Customer Id** and **Customer Name** the contract line has been allocated to. |
| **Contract** | Displays the **Contract Id **the contract line is allocated to. |
| **Product **and **Description** | These fields display the **Product Id** and** Product Description **of the contract line. |
| **UOM** | Displays the products **Stocking Unit of Measure** (UOM). |
| **Std Cost** | Displays the products current **Standard Cost **price as of today's date. |
| **Std Sell** | Displays the products current **Standard Sell** price as of today's date. |
| **Future Date** | If there is future pricing on the product, the **Date** of the next future price change will be displays.
> ℹ️ When editing the **contracts future price review**, if the product has a **future date** applied then the std cost and sell will be displayed according to the pricing at the future date. |
| **Current** |
| **Rule** | Displays the **Pricing Rule **for the contract line.
- **L =Prices determined line by line.**
- **F = Fixed Price**
- **D = Discount**
- **G = Gross Profit** |
| **Cost** | Displays the product's current **Contract Cost **price |
| **Sell** | Displays the product's current **Contract Sell **price |
| **GP%** | Displays the current **Gross Profit Percentage **for the contact line. |
| **Discount%** | Displays the current **Discount** **Percentage** for the contact line. |
| **Future** |
| **Review Date** | Displays the date for the up-and-coming contract pricing review.

| **Cost** | Displays the product **Future Contract Cost **price based on the review date. |
| **% Change** | Displays the **Percentage Change** between the current and future contract costs. |
| **Sell** | Displays the product **Future Contract Sell **price based on the review date. |
| **GP%** | Displays the product **Future** **Gross Profit Percentage **price based on the review date. |
| **GP Var%** | Displays the **Gross Profit Percentage Variance **between the current and future gross profit percentages |
| **Discount%** | Displays the current **Discount** **Percentage** for the contact. |
|  | Click the pen icon to open the **Contract Future Price Review **window allowing you to edit the future contact pricing for the up-and-coming review date.
