# Overview

The **Audit Extract Tasks** Dashboard allows users to view/review all scheduled audit enquiries that have been set up. Users can see a log of all run and scheduled audit tasks to keep track and accountability of who is scheduling tasks on an ongoing basis.

# Accessing the Audit Extract Tasks

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > Users & Security > Auditing > Audit Extract Tasks **from the navigation tree.

> ℹ️ By default when you open the **Audit Extract Tasks** dashboard all scheduled task are displayed.

# Navigating the Audit Extracts Task Screen 

Once you have opened the **Audit Extracts Task **screen, you will be able to **search, view, and schedule **audit reports.

The Audit Extracts Tasks screen is made up of 2 main sections; these are:

## 1. Search

### 1. Performing a Search

When searching for the Audit Extracts task, the following parameters are available to search for an existing scheduled audit report.

- **Created** **By**: Enter a user name to return a list of all scheduled audit reports created by that user.
- **Scheduled**: Enter the scheduled date of the task. Only tasks for that date will be displayed. Leave blank for all scheduled dates.
- **Status**: Select a schedule status; the options are: **All, Scheduled, Running, Completed,** or **Dead**.
- **Has Run**: Select the option to filter by run status; the options are **All, Yes,** or **No**.

Click **Find **once the search criteria have been updated to update the results grid.

### 2. Create a new Audit Scheduled task

Click **New **to setup a new audit report schedule. The Audit Report Scheduler screen will be opened. This is the same scheduler used under Audit Report Scheduler within the Audit Enquiry dashboard.

## 2. Results

The **results **grid displays the following information:

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | Displays the name of the scheduled task. Click on the hyperlink to open the tasks details. |
| **Description** | Displays the **Task Description **as defined on the **Schedule** tab in the **Audit Report Scheduler.** |
| **Trigger** | Displays information about what the schedule is/was for the report. For example, *Every 3 weeks. on a Monday, Next run on Monday, 15 March 2021 5:18pm (+11:00).* |
| **Status** | Displays the status of the scheduled task. The status will be either **Scheduled, Running, Completed** or **Dead.** |
| **Scheduled** | Displays the date and time of when the scheduled task ran or when it is due to run next. (DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss). |
| **Created** | Displays the date and time of when the scheduled task was originally created. (DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss). |
| **Run** | The check box will be ticked if the scheduled task has already run. |
| **Output** | This hyperlink will open up the reports output file. |
| **Remove** | Click **Delete** to remove the scheduled task. This will open up an **Activity Task Details **window first for you to check the details of the scheduled task be deleting it. |
