Despatch labels can be printed from: - the **Print Despatch Labels** screen. - via the **Actions** button on the **Sales Order Maintenance **screen. - via the **Print Despatch Label **button on the **Enterprise Pick and Release** screen. > ⚠️ **Important: **For the templates to work they must be attached to an appropriate NuVu template. Please contact [Sterland Support](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/page/support) for assistance with this. # Defining the Despatch Labels - Templates List To configure and define the Despatch Labels - Templates, perform the following: 1. Click the** Frameworks Menu **and navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Miscellaneous Table Maintenance **from the navigation tree. 2. Into the **Table** field, type **Despatch Labels** and click** Find.** 3. The current list of despatch list template names will be displayed. - Click **Add **to enter a new template. - Select a line and click **Remove** to delete any templates. ![image](media://ef3cee86-3659-4371-9ad2-89cc90fc4ae9) The available configurable settings are: - **Line: **The line number is automatically applied with adding a template; however, this can be updated to change the order in which the despatch label templates are displayed in the **Output Dialog** window when printing. - **Name: **(Required) Enter the name of the despatch label template. This is the name that also matched the configured NuVu template. - **Description: **Enter a description to better define what the despatch label template is.
