# Overview

<span style="color: #333333">The </span><span style="color: #333333">**Customer Product Code Maintenance **</span><span style="color: #333333">screen allows you to define a cross-reference table of product codes quoted from your customers to their equivalent product code used within the Frameworks, as defined in </span><span style="color: #333333">[Product Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28378114)</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>

# Accessing Customer Product Code Maintenance

To access the <span style="color: #333333">**Customer Product Code Maintenance **</span><span style="color: #333333">screen,</span> perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > **<span style="color: #333333">**Customer Product Code Maintenance**</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>
2. Click **Find **to view all the current **Customer Product Codes.**

> ℹ️ You can further refine the search by the **Customer ID** or Customer **Product From **and **To **fields.

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Navigating the </span>Customer Product Code Maintenance Screen

Once you have opened the screen, you can view, add, edit, and import customer product codes.

The screen is made up of 4 sections; these are:

## 1. The Search and Import Options

In the Search and Import section, you are able to perform the following:

1. Search for currently defined Customer Product Codes 

You are able to search by:

- **Customer ID: **

> Macro (include)

- **Customer Product Range: **Using the **Product From **and **To **fields to enter a product range to search by.

2. Import Customer Product Codes

Click on the **Import** button open the **Customer Product Code Import** screen

## 2. The Results Grid

The results grid displays the information related to your search. From here you can view the result from your search, and by clicking on the **Customer Product **hyperlink, it will display the information in the **Customer Product Code Maintenance **section.

## 3. Customer Product Code Maintenance

The customer product code maintenance section displays the information related to the Customer Product Code. From here you can:

1. Manually add new Customer Product Codes by clicking on the **New** button and entering the **Customer ID, **the **Customer Product ID **and selecting **Our Product ID** which is the customer product ID will be linked to. Click **Save** to commit the changes.

> ℹ️ For both the **Customer ID** and the **Our Product ID **fields you can use the finder icon to search for the required information.

2. Edit existing Customer Product Codes by updating their **Customer Product ID** if required

## 4. The Command Buttons

This section allows you to:

- Add **New** Customer Product Codes.
- **Save** and **Cancel** any changes made to the Customer Product Code.
- **Delete** Customer Product Codes that are no longer required.
- **Close **the Customer Product Code Maintenance screen.
